1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Rusty Ace Outfitters™ Questions? Email support@rustyace.co or use the contact form.
2. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse orders (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund anything already charged. Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout. Your card number never touches our site. Prices are in US dollars; tax is calculated at checkout for supported regions.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the US only. Processing times, rates, and delivery estimates are published on the Shipping page, which is part of these terms.
4. Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, per the Returns policy, which is part of these terms. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
5. Rusty Ace Club membership
The Rusty Ace Club is a recurring subscription: $30/month month-to-month plan billed every month. Boxes ship monthly once you join. Month-to-month memberships can be canceled anytime;
6. Accounts
Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
7. Our content
The Rusty Ace name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property or licensed to us. Don't reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, scraping, interfering with the service, or attempting to access accounts or systems that aren't yours.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Disclaimers. The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this may not apply to you. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusty Ace and its owners and employees won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law says can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
