These terms govern your use of rustyace.co and your purchases from Rusty Ace Outfitters. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or inventory error. Orders ship within the US only.

The Rusty Ace Club

Club memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly. The month-to-month plan is $35/month and can be canceled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and boxes. The 6-month plan is $30/month, runs through its 6-month term, and simply does not renew if you cancel. Because Club hats are exclusive, limited-run designs, all Club boxes are final sale, except items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which we will make right.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Rusty Ace name, logos, designs, and photography, belongs to Rusty Ace Outfitters and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusty Ace's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
