Tracking
Order status and tracking are always under My Account. If it's been more than 2 business days with no tracking email, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Address changes
Double-check your address at checkout. We can usually update it before the order ships. Contact us right away with your order number. Once it's shipped we can't reroute it.
Taxes
Tax is calculated at checkout for supported regions, based on the address you're shipping to.
Rusty Ace Club boxes
Member boxes ship monthly once you join, with tracking emailed the same way as any other order. Club details on the Club page.
Damaged or wrong items
Our mistake, our cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you right away. No need to ship anything back.
Marked delivered, but no package?
Check with neighbors and around the property first. If it doesn't turn up, contact us with your order number and we'll help track it down.
