1. What we collect
When you order, we collect what's needed to fulfill it: name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If you create an account, join the Club, sign up for emails, or send us a message, we collect what you submit there.
2. How we use it
To fulfill and ship orders, run Club memberships, answer messages, send order updates, and only if you opted in send marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who make the store work: Squarespace (site and commerce platform), Stripe (payments), and shipping carriers (delivery). Each receives only what they need. We don't sell your personal information.

5. Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and returns. You can ask us to delete your account data at support@rustyace.co.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing support@rustyace.co.

This store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
